Terms & Licensing (Usage Rights for Film & Music)
Please note that this website and the artistic work of Andreas Graf, the Swiss concert cellist, are managed by Epic Lab Media. Therefore, the following Terms & Conditions (AGB) apply to the services and content provided on this site.
1. Scope of Application
These T&Cs govern the collaboration between Epic Lab Media and its clients for film production, music composition, publishing, and audio post-production services.
2. Contract Conclusion & Services
A contract is formed through written confirmation of an offer or an order confirmation. Our services include:
- Film production (Corporate, Commercial, Fiction)
- Music production & scoring
- Music publishing & licensing
- Audio post-production
3. Licensing Terms for Music & Films
All content produced by Epic Lab Media is subject to copyright protection
- Music Licenses: The use of music compositions is contractually regulated and follows the agreed license model.
- Film Projects: The client receives comprehensive usage rights for the agreed purposes. However, Epic Lab Media remains the author of the production and reserves the right to continue using the material unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes, among others, use for our own marketing purposes (showreels, portfolio), creative adaptations, or archiving.
- Distribution & Usage: The type and extent of the client’s usage rights are determined by the selected licensing model and are set individually
4. Payment Terms & Cancellations
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days.
- Cancellations after project commencement are only possible with compensation for incurred costs.
5. Liability & Warranty
Epic Lab Media is liable only in cases of gross negligence or intent. Liability for damages caused by third parties or external platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify) is excluded.
6. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
